My friends told me they got a weird message from me on facebook (that I didn't send). So I changed my password. Then the next time I tried to log on to facebook, it had a note that said something about I may have a virus on my machine and I need to run the McAffee scan before getting back on. But I have malwarebytes and avast so I ran those and they show no viruses. Then I signed into this yahoo e-mail and found this e-mail:

Is this really facebook trying to inform me? I know that I never clicked on any weird messages or plugins from any links that apparently allow the Koobface virus on your system. How in the world did someone get on my facebook and send messages? Did they just guess my password? If thats the case, why does facebook think I actually have the Koobface on my machine?
How would they know? Avast and malwarebytes didn't find anything. Did someone just guess my password and send out messages with links to the virus? Or do I ACTUALLY have the virus on my computer? Please help!

Koobface actaully is a virus sent to you via a message or a fanpage with a video on it.

Try this article: http://hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Remove-Koobface-Virus

Good Luck in removing it
