Hi i am building a rig with these specs:
Ryzen 5 1600

MSI GTX 1060 6GB OC

B450 DS3H

Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz

Corsair CX 450 Power supply

EDIT: i got a deal on a above mentioned used graphic card for 145 USD

In India the new one is priced at 290 USD.

The used card has 2 year of warranty remaining.

For my limited budget it is either this or a new zotac gtx 1060 3gb AMP for 200 USD (New)

Should i get the used one ?

Also let me know if i need to replace some parts done want anything being bottle-necked

Also new here  Hi everyone :)

for India, Corsair cx450 is OK.It meets the minimum and is a good brand and quality in that brand. It is better than the bad 500 or 600 Watt ones. CX450 is ₹4,400 at Flipkart.

Antec NE 650M is better if available for ₹4,646

If the used card is from a trusted source, it is worth buying used.

The build is good. I understand costs in India and you are lucky to have such good fortune to do it.

CX 550 at ₹4,400 is good also

I found CX450 at ₹3,440

It is adequate for your system, though 500w continuous power, bronze efficient or better, 3 or more year warranty from a good builder is preferred.

₹3399

Add - I would like to know your price on the Ryzen 5 1600. The Ryzen 5 3600 is available in a few days.

PRIME B450M-K is an entry level motherboard. Lowest audio and ethernet level of modern motherboards. It should be cheap. Gigabyte B450 DS3H is only slightly better, with 4 Dimm slots. It has improved fan control. For quality of suppliers they are equivalent. If you can provide the price, I could try to look for better choices.

₹10399 to ₹10550 looks like best price on the Ryzen 5 1600 as a closeout because the Ryzen 5 3600 is soon to release.

Trying to find motherboard choices under 8000 rs. I see you are looking at about 6100 rs

MSI B450M PRO-M2 V2 is like ASUS PRIME B450M-K, and the MSI is about 5600 rs

gigabyte is probably best cheap

this asrock is slightly better audio and small improvements

at 8050 rs, you get to here-

It's pretty good, I think it will be fine... EXCEPT one thing. The power supply. 450 watts may be OK, but, you're not leaving yourself much room there. If you can scrape up another 10-15 bucks and get a 500 watt or a 550 watt, that would be better. I wouldn't try to build a gaming computer with any PSU less than 500w, although it is technically possible. The extra wattage will also make it more efficient, power supplies tend to be less power-efficient when they have to run closer to max capacity.

But the Ryzen 5 1600 and the GTX 1060, that should be a good match. The motherboard is suitable, I usually buy Gigabyte motherboards and they have always been good for me, I have one still going after 10 years. And 8GB ram is enough. You should be able to run almost all games out there, maybe not at max settings with the very latest stuff, but that's fine, because most of the interesting stuff isn't the very latest stuff anyway.

As for buying used stuff, well, be careful, it could be a good option in this case, but make sure you can claim on that warranty if there are any problems.

And, advice for everyone, be careful plugging in graphics cards. Make absolutely sure you're using the right plug on the PSU, in some cases a wrong one can look very similar, but it will instantly fry the damn thing.
