my computer is getting slow, what do i do?

hey, i have a laptop and its windows vista..and the model is Gateway..i've gotten it for over a month now..and its really running slow..any tips or suggestions on how to make it faster??

also when i try to watch youtube videos, it buffers slow..any ideas??

and when i play games on facebook..like FARMVILLE for example...when i try to click the full screen button it just completely froze..what do i do?!?!
