Hello Can I add another ram?

I saw that I have a 802 mhz or something 2gb ddr2 ram and I need to buy another ram 2gb or so? What ram do you preffer the model? or maybe show a link to amazon? Also Will it increase gaming speed? You will need PC2-6400 for your system. and do you right now have 2 1gig sticks or 1 2 gig stick of ram? and how many ram slots do you have in your motherboard? im thinking you have 2 1gig sticks right now and you have 4 slots . so you will need 2 more 1 gig sticks. And crucial is a good brand, its what im running right now.

If your motherboard has the slots, insert as many as it can handle. (4 Gigs RAM for a 32-bit OS)

As long as the speed is the same as you now use. (802 mhz (MHz) or something. (DDR2).



RAM is for storing loaded 'stuff', as such, it will 'seem' to be running faster, but the CPU speed remains the same.
