My Computer Won't Startup!?

Question

My Computer first shows the bios page then the Hardware Configuration then it says that the last startup failed do you want to startup normally or in Safe Mode so I chose Normal first and the computer just turns off then back on so I tried to select Safe Mode but it just does the same.

I was in the middle of taking a virus off my computer with Microsoft Security Essentials and told me to reboot a it and that was when the computer started with this problem. I have tried to run a repair but it fails on a file but I can't remember the name of the file. I don't know what to do now. I don't really want to run a clean install even although I have a backup of my photos etc.

The virus I was in the middle was a virus called moneyuk.exe it was coming from svchost.exe thats what gives me internet, networking etc. AVG (which I don't have on my computer anymore) said it was a Trojan Horse coming from the IP address of 91.212.226.180

Running Windows XP Home Edition 3GB of RAM anymore info needed just tell me.

I had recently installed Kaspersky, Microsoft Security Essentialsls and HIJACK THIS to send some info to somebody to get rid of the virus.
