Need some help fixing my pc

ok well frankly my pc is f*****, when my pc starts it goes onto the windows loading screen and crashes it then goes to "the blue screen of death" and says "irql not less or equal". My pc works in safe mode and whilst in safe mode i went onto device manager which says there are problems with 2 of my drivers (named packet schedular miniport 5 and realtek rtl8187 wireless 802.11g 54mbps usb 2.0 network adapter packet schedular miniport) when i troubleshoot it says i should uninstall and reinstall the drivers, the problem is if i uninstall them will i be able to reinstall them without instalation disks etc as i dont have anything like that, and are the drivers that have problems anything to do with the ram, any help and suggestions would be hugely appreciated thanks for listening.

You have a network controller problem. If you have Windows XP or newer it should have the realtek drivers included. Depending upon what type of internet connection you currently use you should be able to safely disable one or the other device. If you use wireless, disable or uninstall the USB network. If you connect through a USB card or modem, disable or unistall the Realtek device.

Could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software. This problem can be solved by uninstalling new softwares, updating device drivers and making minor configuration changes . unistall them. and remove them from te computer and thego to the manufactor web site for both and dowen load the drivers for them
