I usually get KMODE and Clock Watchdog BSOD when I have installed a set of RAM the system doesn't like, installed a 2nd Graphics card the system doesn't like, or when I'm overclocking. I'll also see the KMODE BSOD when I have the RAM overclocked but the overclock isn't stable.

There's a variety of reason though.

However the "NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM" is related to the hard drive. It could be a bad file, a bad Hard Drive sector, corrupt OS, or a bad Hard Drive. It's hard to say. Try running Check Disk and update all drivers. Bad RAM can corrupt the OS, so you might need to reinstall Windows and test with 1 stick of RAM.

You can also test the RAM with the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool.

If you have any overheating issues, then you'll want to address those first. Overheating hardware can make the system unstable.

I have done Google search on one of those messages, found lots of suggested cures.  Try doing that and see what is found to help.

It means an exception was not handled, something is wrong with the ntfs file system, and the watchdog timer timed out.
