Should I also turn my PC off in the back?

I turn it off like normal with shut down, and it automatically powers off. But my mouse and keyboard still stays on? There is a little power supply button in the back, should I switch it off after I shut down the PC?

OK here's the deal its actually better to leave you computer run for extended periods of time than turn it off every day if you leave for a couple days Turn it off but if your just gonna be gone at work leave it on repeated turn offs causes quicker intermittent hard disk failure and if your mouse is wireless it runs off of a battery not the computer flipping the psu button will not cause damage as long as pc is off

if you cant turn it off normally you should turn it off from the back but don't press it often because it can damage your computer
