what realtek audio driver suites for intel 945 board, OS: XP SP2 ? Name full driver name with the version ....?

hai xperts , i am Ruse ,i have bought a zebronics motherboard with intel 945 chip set ... i have installed the drivers given in cd , but audio is not working ...... after installing the driver , when i play a mp3 song it shows a error " your audo device may used by some other programe or not enabled " .... in the driver cd they gave lots of realtek driver as rlc195 , ac'9 ..... i dono what to choose .... but even though i tried every thing , but nothing works .... but other lan , vga, drivers works ... only this makes problem....

or does there is any priority in installing these drivers ?

if u know the correct driver ... send me the name .... (if possible download link )
