Under FDISK my 80GB hard drive says I only have 26MB. I tried SCANDISK & SCANREG but with no errors. If I try to install Windows it says 205MB available needed to install. Is my hard drive shot?

Be careful at the time of making primary and logical partitions, properly make the primary and logical partitions, first run the FDISK and then make the primary and logical partition and if it's working then it's ok, other wise use DM for partitioning hard disk, it will work.

You didn't run the FDISK correctly, It should choose LARGE DISK instead of SMALL DISK.

Download a professional partition editor iso from here http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=115843&package_id=125754 and burn it to a disc and see what's going on with your HD

Naw, you just need to partition your hard drive so you only have one big drive.
