It seems you are receiving 2 errors associated with 2 different drives, ie port 0 and port 1. That would most prob be your raid controller giving the error message before booting simply because the 2 drives are not setup for raid but just independently - which means that if your tests pass 100% ok you can just ignore that. That wd be my 1st guess. To check drive(s) condition download the manufacturer drive self test software and run a full test on each drive, that will quickly tell you whats happening - even if there aren't any sounds coming from the drives, there might be problems. If u do get errors - plug the drives into another pc's sata port and run the same test again to make sure your sata controller isnt on the bends. If u get the same test results from 2 pc's you can be quite confident in making your next move.

From what I can see you have a failing or damaged Hard Drive (or Hard Disk). Physical Disk is your hard-drive and and error/s regarding this piece of hardware indicates that your hard-drive either has some bad-sectors or is ready to give up on you. The zeroes are the sectors of your HD. What you can do to confirm this is to right click on your hard-drive, click on properties>tools and click on the CheckNow tab and make sure you've marked all the options under it. The restart your pc. Watch carefully as your Operating System scans your hard drive for any errors before going to the welcome screen. After scanning it will generate a report on what it sees and fixed. The Bad-sector part should be zero. Depending on the location and amount of bad-sectors on your hard-drive, some can be repaired.

If all else fails then your last option is to replace your Hard-Drive with a new one.

This is the first time I see that kind of error. Hmmn... I'm not after the points so don't mention it.

My suggestions are to listen to the Physical device (HDD or Hard Drive). Listen to it and hear if you can detect some ticks when it revolves. If it does then your HDD will soon die. Time to back your Files up. or HDD is not properly connected to the SATA wires/Board. Open you PC and just press the Wires on the Hard drive and Board.

Second option is your having problems with your BIOS connection with the Hard wares like the board and the HDD. Make sure that your BIOS is up to date by calling your manufacturer or doing some research.

All else make sure to back your files up as soon as now. :)

Hope that helps,

Happy New Year!
