Supporting Advanced Intel Processor Technologies Are
Intel(R)Virtualization Technology is No
Intel(R)Hyper-Threading Technology No
Intel(R)Architecture is Yes

Is there away around this or a way to fix this?
My computer was originally windows 7 upgraded to 10 when given the option.

Installed Ram is 4.00GB
System Type 64-bit operating system,x64-base processor

Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU B950@ 2.0GHz

Or do i just need to want until i have a new computer?

No there's no work around those technologies are directly supported at the hardware level by the processor on your laptop it doesn't matter what OS you have installed. You need a processor that has virtualization and hyper-threading support.

it shouldnt need that. thats only for faster emulation. so in other words it will be a go slow, but might be needed for newer droid versions, but you should start low at 2.2 first before making that leap.

you can also use eclipse. see here http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/tutorials/os-eclipse-androidwidget/ or netbeans here http://nbandroid.org/ and it always helps to understand a simple program first see one here http://www.tutorialspoint.com/android/android_hello_world_example.htm One thing i would say is, it doesnt emulate very well and in fact its just as easy to download it to aphone and just run it. there are min requirements for later android versions which can get to the point where you might need to upgrade. for info you should always check any new cpu on the intel site here is yours http://ark.intel.com/products/55627/Intel-Pentium-Processor-B950-2M-Cache-2_10-GHz what i will say is they all require a permanent broadband connection to work properly, in particular they wont start if the BB is not on. its very very annoying that and even the Download will not run without first doing its updates.

That mobile processor simply doesn't have the technology required. It can't be worked around, and for the price of a processor that would plus the task of installing it you could buy a cheap machine that does have this capability.

Sorry sir, no workaround. You need a new computer/laptop.
