(i just copy and pasted from a shopping list on amazon lol)
i know nothing of computer part compatability and just picked popular items on the decently priced side of amazon. i want to build a computer but not sure exactly what i need or if they are compatible. i dont want to run crysis on max or anything, but want to run rts on high settings or just better than my laptop. (aka sc2). please tell me if the parts i picked sucked too, much appreciated :D

The parts are incompatible. The motherboard is for Intel processors for LGA 1155 socket. You need a motherboard for the AM3+ socket.



You also selected notebook memory. The RAM you selected will not fit on the motherboard you selected. Desktop memory is DDR3 240-pin DIMM modules. SO-DIMM is for notebooks indicated by the SO or small outline.

NO! First, the CPU won't work with the motherboard. Second, the RAM is laptop RAM and won't work in a desktop. Third, you'll need an OS if you don't have one.
