Unless you "save" something it wont be on your hard drive were it can be clicked on and seen. however if your folks are smart enough to look into "history" ( and some are not!) they can see every place (site) you have been to! To save yourself much embarrassment or worse, down load CCleaner and use it just before you close down. this will eliminate any "history" up to that point. It also will help keep your machine running fast and smooth!

Backup and restore does not restore your history on the internet just your files. If you have a lot of downloaded pictures than yes it will bring those back. It all depends on what your trying to hide from your parents if it is just porn pictures than don't down load them to your computer just delet the internet history.

Back up and restore do not copy your browsing history. IF you are really are concerned and have been visiting places you shouldn't of .IF you are the only user of the computer, Uninstall and - re-install your browser & run a Spyware test. Free super anti-spyware will remove any rubbish. A teen is a teen and most of us parents would not raise an eye brow at this. It means your normal.

make zip folders and insert a password in your backup files and backup does'nt provide browsing history so u can relax by making zip folders in ur personal things.

process-right click then clik on new then zipped folder and add ur folder&files in it then clik on files and add a password.

good luck................
