For me, In my opinion, because PC parts are all electronic gadgets that needs to be tested (for a certain number of hours or period of time), It is better to buy them all within the period of the product's warranty. For me the only parts that are safe to buy first is the casing as long as it can support up Long graphics card and Extended ATX like the HAF 912.

But besides the casing, everything must be tested, from speakers, monitors, keyboard and mice, motherboard, processor,GPU, PSU, RAM,HDD, DVD writer etc.

And from what I know, even though how great a brand is, for example ASUS mobo or Gigabyte MOBO, sometimes there is a "BAD APPLE" among the bunch, that is why it needs to be tested as soon as possible after purchase =P

I usually purchase the parts that have the highest chance of not being broken, parts that don't need to be tested. SO the list would go like this:

Case(plus fans)

Operating system(its a dvd)

Aftermarket heat sink(if you decide to get one)

Ram( most ram kits now have a lifetime warranty, any issues you can return it any time)

Power Supply( fairly easy to test without any components) - testing to see if it turns on not under load

Now the next 3 parts i would buy at once, Motherboard CPU and the HDD so i can test them as soon as possible, that way if any issues are discovered i can return them to the store immediately.

If you can, purchase them all at once , that way you can test your rig immediately make sure all parts are working properly and send back any parts that don't work.

you like a million. a Case {variety ingredient} 2. a PSU if your case did no longer comprise one 3. you may go with your CPU 4. mom Board which would be compatable consisting of your cpu 5.you like ram it fairly is compatable consisting of your motherboard. 7.you like eithir and IDE or Sata confusingcontinual finding on your motherboard 6.you like a cpu warmth sink+fan in case you purchased an o.e.m cpu (no fan) 7. A video card if your motherboard isnt intergraded those are your necessities. What i advise is you study up on ESD....in case you dont desire to study than take my suggestion and purchase an ESD strap and placed on it on your wrist on an identical time as the strap is connected to your pc case. in no way touch aspects on an identical time as your no longer grounded considering the fact which you will discharge static and it could harm the section. once you handel thermal paste, be carefull to no longer get any on your hands...in case you do wash it and ascertain you bypass away no residue in the back of. Thermal paste or artic silver is extremely poisonous because of the fact of severe components of mercury. if your on a finances i could bypass AMD yet while to procure funds i say Intel because of the fact their cpu's are only high quality. As motherboards bypass....asus, intel, msi...all make stable forums. it fairly is straightforward to construct a comp in case you recognize what your doing... i advise asking somebody who geared up computers till now to instruct you the way. Thats how i found out, my dads buddy aaron confirmed me in under an afternoon. in basic terms authentic confusing section i had became into attempting to place in unbuntu on my hdd because of the fact on the time it does not know sata hdds. nonetheless construction a working laptop or pc is plenty greater suitable than finding out to purchase one at objective.
