I cant boot from my computer. I cant even go to my BIOS and change anything. When i start up my machine I get this message:

RPL-ROM-ADR:000D 8703 AA03
RPL-ROM-IRQ:10
RPL-ROM-PIO:D000

RPL-ROM-FFC: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

Then it asks me to insert a Floopy A:

It is attempting to boot from a Netware network: if you don't know why it is doing that it is almost certainly wrong. I also assume that this has a netowrk card in an expansion card since the BIOS is not integrated into the system BIOS: if you can't get into the BIOS that suggests the network card BIOS is cutting in too early. Look at the network card and the ROM should be socketed - it is usually a DIP package similar to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Eprom32k.jpg but yours may or may not have the window in the top. Pull it out (you don't need it unless you want to boot from the network) and that should prevent this from happening.
