I just logged on and my dock (the bottom of the screen) changed. All of the pictures are Green with a blue rectangle next to them. How do I change it back?

Try deleting your Dock's preferences file and restarting the dock:
In your Home folder go to Library/Preferences. Delete the file com.apple.dock.plist (if you don't mind also rebuilding the Dock's contents, you can also delete the file com.apple.dock.db). Then you need to restart the Dock. You can do this via the Terminal application.
Open the Terminal (found in your Utilities program) and type the following:
killall Dock
(Make sure you user proper capitalization, and use the command exactly as written above). In a moment, your Dock should re-appear.
