Is s3_32v.dll a virus?

I am not sure what happened. All of the sudden my graphics started going haywire. Things slowed down to almost a standstill, and then my game just shut down. That is when I got an odd error message. It said s3_32v.dll File Not Found. Is this some crazy trojan or what?

I can see why you would think it was a Trojan. That does sound like some crazy stuff. I am guessing it isn't though.
