You are using your integrated GPU to run a BEAST of a game. I would suggest going to newegg.com and purchasing a HD6770 or a GTX 550 ti minimum. They will support that. Apparently you don't have the correct drivers. You can go inside of your BF3 folder and look for directX and run that. Something isn't working with DirectX 10. That is pretty much the weakest integrated GPU you can find. I mean it is powerful for movies and whatnot but for full blown games like BF3 it is going to have issues.
The reason is not RANDOM. The reason is because graphically speaking your computer is VERY weak.
If when you run that directX exe file you still run into issues which I am assuming you will you should download this. It might just shed a bit more light on this problem http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download . When it is installed go ahead and run it then copy and paste your Graphics info. Click on Graphics on the left hand side of speccy and then copy and paste your info like this

I see "DirectX Support 11.0
OpenGL Support 5.0" so my GFX card should support that game. I have played the beta version so I know it does. I would then look at my other hardware if I was still having issues.

See the DIrectX and the OpenGl? That is key.
Just search for your BF3 folder and when you are in there search it for DirectX. You should see many redistributables for direct X but one directX.exe.
This does seem to be kind of wondering why your Ford Pinto isn't performing like a Ferrari. You need a dedicated card like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130657 for BF3. Your CPU integrated GPU just isn't up to the challenge. That card even comes with an available LIFETIME warranty. You register the card and upload your invoice/receipt and should it EVER die then EVGA will replace it. No need to wonder y I have an EVGA card. They are an EPIC company born in 1999 that KNOW what they are doing and stand behind their card like most others couldn't even dream of doing. Most you normally see is 3 to 5 years.
