I got so many problems I really don't know where to begin, anyways here is my system configuration:

Amd athlon x2 5200 cpu at 2.7Ghz (OC to 3.0 ghz)
Asus m2n series motherboard
2 gb ddr2 ram at 800 mhz
Palit GF9600gs512 1gb at 650/1625/400 (OC to 770/1935/500)
3 hard drives with a total of 3TB hard disc space.

and my software config is:
Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit.
7zip4.57
Adobe reader 8.1.2
CCcleaner
Jet audio plus VX
Flashget 1.9
Klite mega codec pack 2.1.5
MY lockbox1.2
opera 9.50
rivatuner 2.24
teracopy 2.0 beta
Nvidia forceware 182.50
Realtek high defination audio driver 6.0.1.5574
System explorer
Daemon tools

And the games I have installed are:
Devil may cry4
Rainbow6 vegas2
Assasins creed
Burnout paradise
NFS undercover
Crysis
Mirrors edge
Gears of war
prince of persia 2008

Ok thats whats installed and out my 3TB space I barely have 500gb left. I have stored thousands of mp3 nad hundred of movies. I have a seperate 100gb partition for game installation and another 100gb for the operating system.

And here are my problems:
<1> When I start playing a game it runs well for a few minutes then it suddenly gets slow. It remains slow for a few minutes then gets well again. This happens again and again.....only devil may cry4 has no problems.
<2> after quiting any of the games and at startup my cpu load is around 70% and frequently hits 100% I used process explorer and I noticed this- One of the process in the list is always causing this cpu load. If I terminate the perticular process then another process takes its place and eats the cpu. The process I am mentioning here are not unknown but, processes like, explorer, task messanger, realtek..etc they just eat up the cpu and If I close them then another process like explorer will eat up the cpu again. And the cpu load only drops down to 2-10% is I suspend but not terminate this perticular process.
<3> I have desperately formated my windows partition countless times but, it just keeps getting back! I can't format my entire hard drive cause I don't know how to backup 3000gbs of data without tearing a hole in my pocket! I have used many antivirus including kaspersky Internet security2009 and scaned my entire hard drives with the latest updatres but, I cant find anything!
<4> I stoped overclocking my processor and graphic card but, that dont help too!

OH one more info my max gpu temperature is 78degrees celcius and Cpu is 68 degrees celcius.

Please help me guys, I tried google but, I can't find a da*n thing on it! And if you know any good sites for discussing this sort of problems , Please tell me.
Sorry for the very very...long question, but thanks for reading it.

Your processor is really good but your RAM isn't..

Try to upgrade it if possible..

I mean your RAM is good but not THAT good..

And your PC is too hot..

It needs to cool down..

If you've over-clocked it, its gonna heat up quicker.

So you need to solve that problem by larger fans, water cooling, whatever..

There are some processes that need to be kept running.

If you try to eliminate a process it will cause system instability. it can konk off..

You can de-frag your PC.. But thats gonna take a lot of time considering your HDD..

So start de-fragging in the morning. It may go on till the afternoon/evening..

Delete the temporary files. (go to start button- click RUN- type "%temp%" -press enter.. it'll open a window, delete those files.)

Sometimes guys forget to do these little things..

I hope this solves your problems..

Your PC is great. try to upgrade your RAM if possible..

Your running Windows Vista Ultimate with only 2gb of ram, Try increasing it to 4gb first. Also, run msconfig to see what programs are running all the time and dis-able or turn off the ones you dont really need. You mentioned the cup usage, but what about your memory usage, I'm guessing that because you only have 2gb ram, that your swap file is huge and thats whats causing the slow down.

Have you turned off the indexing service? It will eat up your cpu cycles and really does nothing but slow down the computer.

Depending on where you got the movies and mp3 you probably got a bunch of malware infections. Get spybot, superantispyware, or malwarebytes.

Quit overclocking, your speed gain is not worth the heat, may have already damaged cpu and gpu.

It sounds like you are having a virtual memory issue.

Because you only have 2GB of Ram, and running Vista Ultimate, the computer is forced to use virtual memory by copying stuff in a temp file on your specified drive.

The best option is to add more RAM. If you don't have the money, you can optimize the use of your virtual memory by limiting it to equal min-max size.

Also try to turn off paging file completely and see if your computer starts to freeze up. If it does, then I am right and u need more memory.
