Looking to pick up an inexpensive video card so I can watch videos from my comp to my TV.

Please pick which card you think is best and say why.

Of those cards, the Radeon HD 6450 is best. I'd go with the fan-cooled MSI card instead of the passively cooled Asus.

The Radeon HD 6450 is good enough to handle windowed Blu-Ray playback without any lag, while the 5450 and GeForce 210 would stutter a bit.

The GeForce GT 520 is slightly better than the 6450, if you can spend a few bucks more. However if you aren't playing games it wouldn't matter. Either card is more than enough for watching movies.

Out of all ATI Radeon HD6450 is a good choice.
