My computer keeps opening in safe mode on windows 98 how do a stop this?

Geeesj, Get rid of the old OS and install new.

you need to find out why it going into safe mode, what was the last thing you installed have you added any new hard ware?



Best thing to do is spring clean... in other words start removing the junk from your computer, temp files cookies ect...

Run the Setup for Windows 98 again.

well there most be a reson why its opening in safe mode. Run your antivirus and clean it up a bit. Then restart and see what happens. It also should give you the oppsition to open it in normal windows. If that does work load XP on it. Update your system.
