Ok so i install the new IE8 off the yahoo website.. when i restart my pc my network adapter fails for some reason and some of my services in services.msc fail to start. In device manager under 'Network' the following have a warning sign next to them (!):

Wan Miniport (IP)
Wan Miniport (IP) - Packet Scheduler Miniport
Wan Miniport (L2TP)
Wan Miniport (PPPOE)
Wan Miniport (PPTP)
Direct Parrallel
Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller
Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller - Packet Scheduler Miniport

My DHCP Client, TCP/IP NetBios Helper and my DNS service will not start in services.msc but i get a error message saying:

Could no start the TCP/IP NetBios Helper service on local computer.
Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Anyone know what i can do?

Go to system restore and pick a date that was prior to installing IE8,then search google for known problems that way you can fix it before installing IE8.

IE8 can be removed via control panel add/remove programs.

If it won't then google "uninstall IE8"
