Okay, I'll help you out, no problem =D

here are my suggestions:

1. RAM - Cut down your RAM to 8 gb DDR3 1600mhz, it would be plenty enough for everything. Having more than 8 gb would be just a waste of money. and besides, no games even today uses more than 4 gb RAM.

2. VIDEOCARD - If you're planning on using 2 monitors at the same time then your 2 gb GTX 560 ti is acceptable or justifiable but if you're just gonna use 1 monitor then that 2 gb (2048 MB) GTX 560 ti would be also just a useless waste of money, instead of that, you could try getting this card instead:

VGA 012-P3-2066-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 448 Cores FTW 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - $275 ($255 after rebate)

The GTX 560 ti 448 cores being a DOWNGRADED GTX 570, is only SLIGHTLY SLOWER than a GTX 570 and is significantly faster than your ordinary gtx 560 ti:

GTX 560 ti 448 cores VS. GTX 570:

3. Motherboard - yup, your mobo can support SLI, no problem.

4. PSU - Your 850W PSU is very ideal and is enough to support SLI setup of two GTX 560 ti 448 cores on a high end system with overclocking.

Since the gtx 560 ti 448 cores has the same power requirement as a GTX 570 (being a downgraded GTX570), then in SLI this will be our guide (GTX 570 in SLI power requirement):

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation:

GeForce GTX 570

On your average system the card requires you to have a 600 Watt power supply unit.

GeForce GTX 570 in 2-way SLI

A second card requires you to add another ~225 Watts. You need a 750+ Watt power supply unit if you use it in a high-end system (800+ to a KiloWatt is recommended if you plan on any overclocking).

5. HDD - Your 2 TB is too much, cut it down to 1 TB which is plenty enough for everything, just be sure that it is 6 gb/s , 7200 RPM.

6. SSD - 64 gb is too small, if possible notch it up to 120 gb so that you could not only install your OS and other impt files, but also the current game your playing so that your loading time would be very short that would make your gaming experience more satisfying.

and lastly, the GTX 560 ti 448 cores performance wise, can play ALL GAMES including BF3 on max settings on 1080p with AVE FPS OF 53.3:

That is why it is a great card to have considering its performance/price ratio =D

All those parts will work together just fine, although an 850W power supply is unnecessary; 700W would work just fine. That is actually a fairly good setup. As for your graphics cards, you could in the future run SLi, which is combining two of the same graphics cards for additional performance. You might be able to play BF3 on ultra, but it depends on your resolution. You should also be able to play any other game just fine.
