that is a ton of stuff that you don't need on there. jsut go to Start-> Control Panel-> Add or Remove Programs then click on the program and see which you use or don't use it will say how often you use them and if you know what it is and it is not used "frequent" then just remove it

How much RAM do you have, and what is your CPU? These will make a major difference when you are opening and closing programs, and doing just about everything. You can find this out by right clicking on My Computer and selecting Properties. From there it should say how much Memory you have and what your CPU is. Depending on your Operating System you are going to want at least 512 Mbs to 1 GB, if not more.

You can speed up your boot time by going to Run and typing in Msconfig and then clicking on the Start-up tab to see what is booting up with your computer. Disable what you know doesn't need to boot up with your computer, and if you don't know what something is, type the name into google to get a quick summary of the program and then decide if it should be starting with your computer. A lot of programs don't even ask you before they add themselves to your startup folder, and the more programs you have booting with your computer, the longer it takes to start.

You can also run a Disk Defrag and a Disk Cleanup by going to Start->Accessories->System Tools and then clicking on Disk Defrag and Disk Cleanup. These can speed your computer up a lot if you haven't done it in a while, although I know Advanced System Care does a Defrag.

You can speed up your internet by opening Internet Explorer and selecting Tools->Internet Options-> clear cookies/history/files

If all of these fail, you can try to do a System Restore back to when you first got the computer, which will make it as fast as it used to be, but you will loose all of your programs and changes you have made to it.

Well in almost all communities, your internet is literally plugged into some box on or near your street. When everyone plugged into that box try to max out their internet connections you may experience some slower internet. As for your computer, it does have something to do with it. Your web browser has to load, and your computer runs it. Viruses can also slow down your computer and take up a lot of your internet connection, making it appear slow
