DVD-RW Drive: http://www.eclipsecomputers.com/product.aspx?code=DRN-AD7240S-BK

I'm off to the bank to make sure I have enough money. Hopefully I'll have some answers for when I get back. :D

No, they won't. Items like that are sold as bare drives only, so they won't come with any cables or mounting screws.

Motherboards usually come bundled with one or two SATA II cables, but other than that you have to buy them separately.

No if you buy any sata drive for your system(whether harddrive or DVD drive) it doesn't come with the Sata cable as most people use the same cables supplied along with the system so they don't require one.

If you somehow looking to add these items to your system with the harddrive and cd drive already in the system then you need to buy the sata cables.

Also ensure if you are adding to more drives that you have spare sata ports and PSU has power connectors for the same.

No they won't come with the cables, but If you ask if they can include them many companies will throw them in with your order for free, or at least for very little extra money.
