You will have to use Disk Management. In there set the Primary Boot drive to the partition you want. Then reboot..Once in the windows you want then go back to Disk Management and kill the other two partitions and then rename your current windows drive to "C". Yo will have to restart your computer.
Because Disk Management is a bit limiting you may have to use free partition tools. Some really good ones out there.

Use the disk formatting options on your install disk. Unlike the Windows admin tools, they do not physically stop you formatting system volumes, though only warn you what you are about to do. Once it is done, you can install your new copy of Windows.
A little tip: unless you need to destroy your data for security reasons, select the 'quick format' option and you'll be ready to go in five minutes rather than a similar number of hours!

The problem is you can't (or shouldn't) erase the volume you are currently using. Besides the copy of windows that you are using, if it is not the primary volume, you still need the boot files on the primary volume to get there. If you boot from a CD then you can do most anything. If you boot from one volume but also load files on another, then windows will probably refuse to erase either of them. Doing this sort of thing is best done by removing the disk and use a 2nd computer.

Are these separate drives or just partitions on one drive?
Disk management should allow you to reformat the D and F partitions. For the C drive, you'll need to reinstall your OS (and reformat at the same time). Be very careful to only mess with the C drive and not the D, E, and F drives.

If it is Win XP you want to install then insert Win XP CD in the tray , configure the CD to boot first and reboot.Once you have booted into the CD then you can format / delete all partitions and install a new OS.

confident. Use in build NTFS protection in XP. Its obtainable provided that your partition is formated in NTFS report gadget,no longer for fat or fat 32. First (at the same time with in case of your C tension)--bypass to homes,it exhibits report gadget. no count if that's NTFS then attempt this ingredient-----ideal click the strain---bypass to homes---bypass to protection tab.elect your account call(Eg X). below it exhibits permission for X---click on enable complete administration(no count if that's already no longer allowed) Then click on everybody---on the permission field elect deny complete administration permission. If there is an yet another consumer account on your computing device. Set it as deny complete controll permission. notice then ok. purely the consumer account with complete administration permission can accesses the strain C. you're able to try this for all drives. if your tension is fat32,you could convert it to NTFS by skill of utilizing DOS. save on with this---in the command instant window, variety convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs in case you desire to transform your C tension to NTFS then bypass to DOS variety convert c: /fs:ntfs
