This is a computer error I got, Does anyone know what it means?

I was on line when a blue screen come up with that on it. I had to hold my power button in 10 seconds to reboot my computer. Is it something that needs taken care of if so how?

Try running Memtest: http://www.memtest.org/ Download the very bottom one, of the Memtest version 1.65, the pre-compiled floppy version. This one: http://www.memtest.org/download/1.65/memtest86+-1.65.floppy.zip Let it run overnight. If it passes, you've more than likely got a hardware problem. If it doesn't, you've got a RAM problem.

he's right... that error probabaly cause by programs your running... defrag or scandisk or chkdsk.. follow this steps,



click start>run>type "command"

dos mode prompt will appear..

type "chkdsk /f"



this may take several minutes...
