the easiest way to repartition your hard drive is with the windows disk... I suggest every one have a copy for formatting purposes... formatting is the easiest way to get rid of viruses

You cannot get left with just one partition of 20gb without formatting. You will have to delete all partitions on your disk and then create one partition of 20gb and format it. If you have a windows XP "BOOTABLE" installation disk, it should be as easy as cutting a cake. Just insert the CD, boot from it, say yes when it asks you whether you want to install on C: drive, delete both partitions in the next screen, craete a new one, format woth NTFS(Reccomended by MS) and install OS again.
Be carefull to backup all your data before formatting!

course you can remove it
but u would need a program called partition magic which you can download for free (aherm)
or
get a loan of a xp disc a mates perhaps
if you still have the xp serial number on the side of the pc
but this is a bit more technical to do
format the pc (wipe everything clean) and repartition (all in to 1) then reinstall xp
hope this helps

Start > Run > diskmgmt.msc
This will open the program to delete and format partitions.
Im assuming you want one partition that takes up the whole hard drive you will need to either merge or expand partitions with a program like Partition Magic.

Boot up in WIN98, bypass to command instant, on the C:/WIN98 instant form "FDISK". persist with the on demonstrate screen guidelines and get rid of WIN98 Partition. or you ought to purchase a software suggested as Partition Commander for extra or less $50 USD makes it way easier and especially useful for different desires.

see xp may not work for your computer configuration. easily you can format your system with windows 98 second version . may be windows 2000 professional support your system. you said that your hard disk capacity is 20 GB so that you have to windows98 SE . For inter-net it's safe. see most of he cyber cafe use 98 only . of-course they use XP also in some extent. They don't give XP systems to customers because it is highly Infected. For Internet XP is not good.

You can! What you need is some double sticky back tape, a washing up liquid bottle or an ordinary household bottle of bleach, an empty corn flakes box, a ball of wool and some glue, remember before using the scissors to ask an adult!
