My computer has 2Gb of memory in it. It was running fine on this for 1 whole yeah.
All of a sudden, without any changes being made it has started to come up with a warning that I am running out of memory.
I can't even play games anymore.
The bleow link is a print screen of my task manager.

Looks like your paging file is also running down low. I'd be very careflul about downloading/installing software from anywhere.

Here's a memory test utility from microsoft. I download and make a floppy disk or you can burn contents to cd and boot into it to test your memory.

You may have some memory issues, a motherboard issue or some spyware or viruses just consuming the ram.

It looks like some of your RAM is corrupted. Try taking out individual RAM sticks at a time and starting the computer up each time. If you start it up and dont have the problem, then the RAM stick you took out is broken and you need to replace it.
