I have a serious problem with the bluescreen crash every 10-15 minuts. and I do not know what the problem is? is it the grafic card or is it the memory ?

we need to know what the error is saying when it crashes with out there is nothing we can do to help as it could be one of 100s of errors causing this .

What is the error? more information needed. Can you get into your event log and see if there is a crash report that might help us. Edit back with furthr info.
Just type event log into search and read your logs.

If will usually tell you at the bottom of the screen what the problem is, if you write it down and run it through google then you should find the anwser
