Find your Windows installation CD and boot from that CD. Then pick the option to REPAIR your Windows installation. This checks for and properly replaces any and all missing pieces of the Windows OS - but does nothing for third party applications or separately-sold MS products, which require re-installation of each affected package to fix.

When you finish, Windows should be "normal" - except perhaps for a few restored default settings including drivers that may change settings on you. If the error message still appears, check closely for a hint of which non-OS application needs reinstalling.

Now comes the question of why the program piece disappeared. Be aware that one way this could happen is through malware - so run thorough update and scan checks - as, unfortunately, constant malware problems are expected when using Windows.

Good luck!

Try to research over the internet to download that file and register it in windows. to register it first copy into c:\windows\system32 then type this command

regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\m35kin.dll

or

Go to Run---> and type this command

sfc /scannow

this command will scan every missing file and ask you to enter Windows XP CD and will install all missing files.

hopefully, it will resolved this issue.

it a dll file missing. Unfortunately problems like this can be caused by one of 1000 different things. It could be either software or hardware related

Do you try clean registry?

I recommend you use Registry Easy to repair it.
