yes, they are behind every PC other than a MAC. Meaning Apple... IBM is dell, Hewett Packard, all of those..The reason IBM doesn't want to use that name, is because IBM was used to count the killing of the Jew's in Germany.

No they do not. IBM sold their PC division to Lenovo in 2004. Under the sale agreement, Lenovo was allowed to still use the IBM brand on the Thinkpad laptops for up to 5 years after the sale, but IBM had no part in the manufacturing or marketing of them. It's possible that the seller has an unused leftover Thinkpad that is a couple of years old that is branded as an IBM, but it is really a Lenovo.

No, IBM no longer manufactures personal computers (i.e. desktops/laptops).
According to wiki, in 2004, "Lenovo and IBM [announced] an agreement by which Lenovo will acquire IBM’s Personal Computing Division, its global PC (desktop and notebook computer) business." This acquisition completed in 2005, so Lenovo basically paid over a billion dollars to use the IBM name on its computers.

That is one old laptop so now you know the guy is a scammer. Also, HP just announced that it is getting out of the personal computer business. I was at an office depot, i was wondering why no sales clerk was not there trying to get a sales commission out of me in their HP computer area. I got home and found the news. IBM laptop is a very old one.

These days I think IBM's given up on the home PC market. They still make business PCs though.

IBM is mostly in the service industry now... creating systems and software for BIG corporations. They changed directions several years back.
