Can I remote desktop into another computer just with Windows 7 Home Premium?

I wanted to help my grandparents set up a system so I can RDP into their computers and fix them without having to drive all the way over there. This was intended to be a sort of Christmas gift for the entire family.

However, I'm decently sure that everyone in the family just uses Windows Home Premium and the Windows help page states that I need Windows Professional, Ultimate, or Enterprise in order for it to work.

Is there some way for me to RDP into another computer without having to have these versions of Windows? Maybe with another program or something to that tune?
