Get a genuine copy of Windows. That's the only legal solution to the problem. If you already have one but still getting that notification then call up Microsoft Hotline for assistance.

Reinstall windows ,to remove it,you can delete it from the registry but it will show up again ,there is a way to keep it from coming up after reinstalling windows but recommend you to buy a product key to make it genuine, the way i'm talking about will put your pc at security risk.

Go into windows update and uninstall windows update Kb971033, that's the one that causes the water mark. You can also find some youtube tutorials on how to remove that update.

try getting revo uninstaller download, and install it, open it up it should be listed in there and just uninstall it, if that doesnt work you may have to reinstall your system, you get it through Windows updates, turn off automatic updates, its just a lot of unwanted crap anyway from microsoft, as long as you have a good anti-virus and a couple of good anti-spywares you should be fine, Good luck.
