You would have to edit the videos yourself.

well it would have to be parental control softwares but if u can just edit the videos on the computer, you can silence or download a beep sound and just replace it every time someone cusses...

just dont watch anything that has that much in the first place

I agree that 'curse' words are a bother, but remember that I consider cursing as 'taking God's name in vain'. As far as 'dirty' words are concerned, I couldn't care less. Remember that people of a limited vocabulary use 'em to express themselves as they have no further knowledge otherwise.

You can turn off the sound.

You can wear ear-plugs.

You can delete sound files, but that may render the 'flick' as no-go.

If you watch 'em often enough, turn down the sound when the 'horrible' time comes. (not much fun).

If you DO delete the sound files, and it's a no-no, you can always 'Restore' 'em from the 'Recycle Bin'.

Your family should not have internet access if they are so easily offended. You CERTAINLY should NOT be watching YouTube vids!!!!

What do your family members do when out in public and someone swears?!?. I'm hard pressed to think of anywhere in public that I haven't heard swearing at one time or another.

Is this a religous thing? Why is your faith so weak that you think hearing cetain words will defile you?

My advice: get over it. They're just words. And I'm sure all of those words have synonyms for other words that aren't "curse" words. I don't know of any software personally; but, I don't care if someone does slip them. It's not going to make or break someone.

Not that I know of - I know Walmart often censors their media, so you can buy stuff there.

Honestly, I would just learn to ignore it if you're bothered by it - words are just arbitrary and culturally manufactured anyway, there's nothing inherently "bad" about them, only the power you give them.

Let your family know that you are not going to put up with their holier than thou b.s. attitudes anymore. Hearing curse words will not make anyone go to hell no matter what the brainwashers in your religion say.
