Whenever I start my PC, SMPS fan makes lot of noise.......But after 5 minutes there is no such sound and everything functions perfectly.........Is there some problem in the SMPS
i cleaned cpu but still it makes noise , the problem is intermittent

when a pc starts up the fans go to 100% briefly then slow to the required speed

Do you have a lot of programs at start up? Some of them actually stop and the fan hasn't got to work hard. Check it.

you should consult with hardware people, its making noise for long time. As the windows starts up, then its normal but if it continues later then its not good for your system health.
