3) on the general tab you can get all the information about how much memory do you have and what make which processor and speed of the processor make
OR
you can try this also
1) when the system starts up before logging on to the windows simaltaneously keep on pressing the TAB key and the PAUSE BREAK key on the right side of your key board as you hit the pause break key the screen will get paused and you can view the information about quantity of RAM,how much processor etc

Download CPU-Z as he said and it will tell you the name of your processor.

it show with processor it is how ram it is it PC information

it should say in the my computer properties if this a prebuilt computer from compaq then u need too look up the specs from the manuels
