So my computer has broken several times before this and the previous time it had a virus so I had to reformat it. After the remormat my brother installed win 7 ultimate. When it should have win 7 premium. Don't know if this changes anything. And it was running as slow as if I had virus but it didn't. It took about 10 minutes to boot and opening my documents would take about 1 minute. It was horrific. S I formatted the drive and installed win 7 home premium and now it was running fine before any drivers were installed then when I installed the drivers. It ran slow. Nt as slow as before but it runs as if nothing responds after you click it ten times. When I click start it freezes and I can't do anything. And then when it does I click my documents and it's taking forever to do anything. Then when it opens it's fine but if I try to click a drive or file in the side tab it takes a while to do that. Please help. I want to do stuff without waiting a few minutes to click 1 thing then wait another few minutes.

I recommend to clean up the register in order to improve your pc performances and get rid of malwares. A good program you can use is CCleaner http://j.mp/1sW25vN

It's a must have program.

So..

Ccleaner is the application I use to clean up my system when my pc slows down because of viruses, trojans or malwares. Free Download here: http://bitly.com/UrAODZ

Check it out.

You may have driver issues, or your hard drive is starting to go out. I would get a external drive, back up your data, and get a new hard drive and install it on your computer, and reinstal windows
